Policies

  • I will notify you as soon as your order ships, typically within 5 business days. USPS has been slow lately, and your order may take a few weeks to arrive, especially if you're not on the East Coast.

  • Orders of 1–5 stickers or sticker sheets or 1–2 punch cards are shipped in a stamped envelope. I cannot provide tracking numbers for these orders, but I will notify you as soon as they ship.

  • Everything else will be packed in a rigid mailer with tracked shipping.
  • Extreme weather, postal strikes, and other events may delay delivery. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks after shipping, please contact me. I know what a drag it is to not receive something you've ordered. Especially stickers.
  • I do not accept returns. If you're unhappy with what you received, please email me at hello at big challenges dot shop and we'll figure out how to fix it.

FAQs

Q. What happened to Elinor? Did you guys break up?
A. No! We are still very much besties, but the total collapse of society in the U.S. and U.K. in 2025 made it impossible to manage this business on two continents. We are completely heartbroken about it. She and Fen have graciously agreed to stay on as creative consultant and security enforcer, respectively.

Q. I filled in the wrong address on my order. Can you fix it?
A.
If it's been less than 24 hours since you placed the order and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, I'm happy to fix the address for free!

If it's been more than 24 hours or you have gotten the confirmation email, then your options are to a) pay full price for a second order to be sent out immediately, or b) wait until the first order is returned to me, if it is returned, and pay the same shipping fee again for me to send it to the correct destination, along with any fees USPS charges me for a returned package. This will likely take a few weeks.

TL;DR: Check your shipping address very carefully before placing the order

Q. Why does shipping cost so much?
A. Because the beleaguered USPS continues to raise rates. The amount you pay is actually less than what it costs me; I'm trying to pass on as little of that inflation to you as possible.

Q. I have an idea for something you should make. Do you want to hear it?
A.
I really, really do. Please email me: hello at big challenges dot shop.

Q. Are you ok?
A.
Do you think a depressed person could make [brandishes sadness-themed sticker shop] this?
